HOT NEWS: This month, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are visiting Australia! Yesterday, the lovely royal couple along with baby Prince George and their media entourage landed at Sydney airport to a roaring crowd. Kate was dressed a classically cut banana yellow Roksanda Ilinčić. tunic while William stepped out in his usual smart suit attire. The royal couple are here by invitation from the Australian government. This will be Kate’s visit to Australia.
Itinerary of the Royal Family in Australia
For their visit, the Royal’s are set to visit some of our fantastic towns and cities. Here are a small selection below:
Sydney – reception at Sydney Opera House.
Blue Mountains – Three sisters
The plan is to visit to fire-damaged areas and meeting with community leaders.
Canberra – Prime Minister’s reception at Government House
With the annual ANZAC Day happening this month, the royal family is set to grace the ceremony in Canberra, Australia. This is the 100th year since the First World War started, and the trip will provide an opportunity for them to recognise the efforts and sacrifices made by the members of the Australian army.
The couple will also visit the National Portrait Gallery, attend a reception at the Parliament House and will end the day with a tree planting ceremony at the National Arboretum.
Uluru (Ayer’s Rock)
The couple will visit the National Indigenous Training Academy and Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, followed by a an outback afternoon tea.
Adelaide – Barossa Valley
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Adelaide to watch a youth music workshop and watch a skateboarding display. Wonder if they will fit in some vino tasting as well if they have time:)
